Tilly was raised in Canada following her parents’ divorce, first on the rural Texada Island in British Columbia and then in Vancouver.

Apart from her performance in Bullets Over Broadway, Tilly is also well known for her voice-over work, with her major voice roles including killer doll Tiffany in the Child’s Play movies and as the Griffin’s neighbour Bonnie Swanson in the hit TV show, Family Guy.
She has also done voice work for the following films: Monsters Inc., Stuart Little, Home on the Range and The Haunted Mansion.
Tilly featured in Jim Carrey’s 1997 hit film, Liar Liar, and in 2000 appeared as a stripper and dominatrix in Dancing at the Blue Iguana. She has also done a lot of theatre work, winning a Theater World Award for her performance in the play One Shoe Off.
Tilly has stated that for the moment, she is more interested in pursuing poker than acting. She is currently dating fellow poker professional Phil “Unabomber” Laak. Her nickname on the circuit is “The Unabombshell”.
