He is one of the freshest faced billionaires in the world having completely sold off his stake in Partygaming in 2010. In December 2008, Dikshit pleaded guilty to illegal Internet gambling and entered a plea of online gambling in violation of the Federal Wire Act and agreed to cough up $300 million. His current fortune is still estimated to be $1 billion, so don?t feel too sorry for him. But what he does in Gib, is anyone?s guess （I guess he has a fancy boat though）。
